On 9/17, the historic Japanese American auditorium at Maryknoll Catholic Church was filled to capacity with attendees who had come to hear the outcome of the survey and the feasibility study that were conducted between 12/2018 and 4/2019. The studies looked into whether the Japanese American community needed culturally sensitive and affordable senior facilities and if such was the outcome, then was it possible to rebuild a facility that can sustain itself into the future.
